LONDON: India’s actions beyond its borders have now been openly condemned by one of its own allies, calling for strict consequences for New Delhi’s transnational aggression and crimes, said Fahim Kayani, leader of Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK and the All Parties Alliance Kashmir.
“It is time for the world to see through India’s false image as a democracy, especially those nations that have supported its illegal occupation of Kashmir,” Kayani stated, renewing the call for the expulsion of Indian diplomats from Canada.
He highlighted that Canada’s acknowledgment of Indian diplomats’ involvement in criminal activities on its soil echoes what Kashmiris have been saying for years.
Kayani accused Indian intelligence agents of posing as diplomats and high-ranking officials but engaging in criminal behavior, now exposed by Canada.
He urged international awareness of India’s “global terror apparatus,” noting that Canadian authorities have uncovered that Indian government agents were behind criminal operations in North America, including involvement in the murder of Sikh activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, which implicated Indian diplomats stationed in Ottawa and other cities
“India’s transnational repression, criminal activities, and terrorism have been fully exposed, with these revelations coming from none other than New Delhi’s own allies. This should serve as a serious warning to governments in the West, East, Middle East, and Europe,” Kayani warned.
He also reminded Canada of the suffering endured by Kashmiris under India’s illegal occupation.
“Now that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has witnessed firsthand the illegal and criminal nature of the Indian state, the Canadian government and its institutions can better understand the pain and oppression faced by Kashmiris at the hands of India’s military mafia for decades,” he said.
Kayani called on national governments worldwide to raise alarms about Indian activities, adding, “Governments across continents must alert their local communities and diaspora groups to stay vigilant against India’s agents and criminal networks, as their operations have been dangerous, as shown in Canada.”
Finally, he urged the Kashmiri diaspora and Pakistani expatriate communities to take precautions against India’s extraterritorial actions, calling for mobilization against India’s overseas“terror machine.”
